Fresas cubiertas con Shakeology de Chocolate

Porciones: 12 (2 fresas c/u)

Ingredientes

  • Papel pergamino 
  • 90 ml / ¼ taza + 2 cdas. de aceite de coco extra virgen, derretido 
  • 1 porción de Shakeology de chocolate
  • 24 fresas grandes sin tallo, lavadas, completamente secas y frías

Instrucciones

  1. Cubre una bandeja para horno grande con papel pergamino. Reserva para después.
  2. Combina la porción de Shakeology y el aceite en un tazón pequeño; incorpora hasta que quede suave.
  3. Toma cada fresa por la hoja y sumerge ¾ de ella en la mezcla de Shakeology de chocolate; gira para cubrirla. Deja que el exceso de mezcla gotee al tazón. La mezcla de chocolate comenzará a endurecerse sobre la fresa fría. Repite el proceso de remojo una o dos veces más hasta que la cubierta de chocolate sea gruesa.
  4. Coloca sobre la bandeja que preparaste. Repite el proceso con el resto de las fresas.
  5. Refrigera durante 15 minutos o hasta que la cubierta se endurezca.
  6. Guarda las fresas sobrantes en un recipiente hermético en el refrigerador por hasta 3 días.
